Löv Air Purifier
1. In the case of a new product, there may be smell from the packaging materials. Turn on the air purifier after placing a filter and leave it on for more than 48 hours to get rid of the smell.
2. If the filter is dirty or stored improperly, it may smell. Use new filter to rid of smell.
3. Dust may accumulate on the filter after a long period of use and cause smell. Clean the filter to rid of smell.
4. If it smells burnt, there may be a problem with the product, so do not use it and request for a repair on our website.
1. It is natural for the product to make regular wind noise and motor noise when it's on.
2. When a foreign object or debris gets into the product, it may collide with the blade and the clash can make noise. Disassemble the side plate and the filter from the product and remove the object or debris, with the discharging section of the air purifier facing down.
3. If you still hear noise after trying out above Step 2 (if the cause of the noise is not a foreign object or debris that got in the air purifier) or if there is an irregular electronic or tearing sound, there may be a problem with the product, so please request for a repair on our website.
1. When you manually set the mode to 3rd stage or when the pollution degree is very high (PM2.5 100 or more) in Auto mode, the air purifier turns on 3rd stage High Performance Mode. This mode is designed to purify the air as quickly as possible and may make a loud noise while it's on.
2. If the noise is too loud or if the product makes irregular noise continuoulsy even in 1st stage mode, do request for a repair on our website.
1. Wipe the stained area with a cloth soked in lukewarm water. Do not press hard and gently wipe off. Afterwards, dry off with a cloth. (Hot water, strong pressure, products other than water(alcohol, etc.) may peel off the paint.)
2. If the above method does not work, gently rub the exterior with an eraser. Afterwards, wipe off any debris with dry cloth or soft brush.
Please try out the the below steps in order.
1. Turn off the switch and disconnect the adapter and plug from the product and the outlet completely.
2. Detach the side plates from the main body.
3. Remove dirt from the fine dust sensor hole using a vacuum cleaner according to the instructions in the user's manual.
4. Reassemble the side plates, plug, and adapter one by one.
If you still have the same issue on the display after taking the above steps, please request for a repair on our website.
1. If the area around the fine dust sensor hole is dirty, clean the sensor hole and turn the product on again.
2. When delivered or installed in winter, the air purifer may experience big temperature difference between indoor and outdoor to incur water drops inside the sensor. The pollution degree color display may temporarily light up in red due to this.
3. If there is a humidifier or diffuser nearby, it may affect the sensor.
4. Check if it is time to replace the filter.
For safety reasons, it will display "ERR" and will not work if the side plate is removed from the body or assembled incompletely. Check if the side plates are correctly assembled.
1. Disconnect power outlet and adapter first and try connect them again.
2. If a foreign object enters DC hole, the power may not be supplied properly. Check the DC hole and remove any debris.
3. No power will be supplied if DC jack is not fully inserted. Use the air purifer with DC jack fully inserted.
4. Power may not turn on if wrong outlet hinders sufficient power supply. Connect to a power outlet that meets the product specifications.
5. If you are using power supply on a multi-tap, check if the multi-tap is not using more power than recommended.
Accessories
Using dirty filter on the air purifier may disperse pollutants in the air. Therefore, do not use filters that have been contaminated and get a new one to use.
