Product warranty period: 12 months from purchase
During the warranty period, we will exchange products for free, for defects that occur during normal use, in accordance with our policy stipuated on the instruction manual provided by KOMMA.
Defects in components and accessories are also covered by the warranty.
Defects due to user's negligence, damage due to natural disasters, and repairs provided by uncertified agencies are not covered by the warranty.
If you subscribe to recieve filters regularly, we will extend the warranty period by one more year (up to 2 years).
KOMMA's repair policy was established based on trust for our customers and their convenience as well as product use contiinuity. This policy applies to all products sold at KOMMA.
Prompt exchange
If there are defects that occurred during the production or sales of the product, we will immediately exchange the product for a new one. * However, a warranty period applies. (12 months from the purchase) * If the warranty has expired or if a problem occurs due to the user's negligence, you can get a new product at a discounted price as an exchange for the same product.
Exchange method
Please let us know of your problem with the product through an customer service request. Our engineer will immediately look into it and decide if an exchange is available. As soon as exchange is decided, a new product will be sent to you. Please send the old product to us in the packaging you received the new product in. * Ship with the enclosed return label. Shipping costs incurred during the exchange process will be borne by KOMMA.

Air pollution at home and outside combined account for seven million premature deaths every year, causing increasingly more mortality from stroke, heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, lung cancer, and acute respiratory infections. (1) PM 2.5 concentration especially, has a direct impact on health. PM 2.5 is associated with an increase in the long-term risk of cardiopulmonary mortality by 6–13% per 10 µg/m3 of PM2.5 (2) Urban cities, where ventilation is more critical for air purification, are even more vulnerable because the outdoor air quality is bad. The average life expectancy in the most polluted cities of Europe could be increased by approximately 20 months if the long-term PM 2.5 concentration was reduced to the WHO recommended (AQG) annual level. (3) An air purifier is essential because it can improve indoor air quality effectively in a short time. In South Korea, the Ministry of Health and Welfare provides and ecourages the use of air purifiers at day cares and youth centers. Nowadays, almost every pre-school and kindergarten has air purifier in Korea. (4) PM 2.5 fine dust can be effectly removed by HEPA air purifiers such as Löv because HEPA filter can filter out even small particles of 0.3μm in size. For example, if you use Löv in a normal size room (4m*4m) it takes only 20 minutes to purify the air from the air status being “Very Bad”(PM2.5 100) to being “Very Good ”(PM2.5 20).
Even if an air purifier works perfectly, it is not sufficient if it is used in one designated area only because we usually spend time and breathe in multiple areas at home. We spend about 8 hours in the bedroom, a couple of hours in the living room, and children usually stay in their rooms. However, we cannot place an air purifier in every room and we do not even have enough space to do that. What's more, we also want to keep our space organized and beautiful. These reasons paved the way to creating Löv which we can move easily and which can change its shape to look more fitting to the space it's in. Some of the cleaning technologies based on ionizers and ozone generators are known to generate harmful ozone. However, Löv does not use this technology and works by sucking in air which is purified as it goes through filter before being discharged. It does not use chemicals in the process and no chemical reactions arise, so it does not generate ozone.

Löv's triple filter is effective in removing pet hair, dandruff and odors, so if you have pets, you will love it. Please refer to the following for the specificiations and functions of each filter.
1. Pre-filter Pet hair floating in the air can adversely affect human bronchial health. When Löv sucks in air to purifiy, it can also suck in pet hair that float in the air. The pre-filter is made up of a fine mesh to filter out hair. You can extend the life of the filter by removing the hairs collected on the pre-filter with a vacuum cleaner.
2. HEPA filter HEPA filter can purify particles down to 0.3 µm. This is much smaller than pet dandruff or dead skin cells. Therefore, HEPA filter is effective in removing fine particles from pets.
3. Deodorizing filter Odors from pets or their feces float in the air in the form of particles. Löv's deodorizing filters are excellent in purifying odor particles by sucking them in with air. In addition, the filter can remove toluene and formaldehyde, so it helps to keep pets that spend much time indoor healthy.
Löv is a 2-way installable product. You can hang it on the wall to keep out of reach from your energetic puppy, or use it as a stand for your kid who spend time in different areas at home for play and sleep to improve portablity. Install Löv in a way that suits your the personality of your pets to keep them safe and healthy.
The recommended replacement cycle is 6-12 months and varies according to usage.
Washing HEPA filter with water and other liquids will impair the filter. If you need to clean the filter, use a soft brush or vacuum cleaner to remove the dust. If the filter becomes very dirty, please purchase a new one for use.

If there is a problem with the product, you can request for an exchange through the Repair Request on our website.
B-grade filters are excluded from our sales list due to the presence of exterior defects that are not related to performance. There is no difference in performance from a normal filter, but a slight gap may occur when installed on the product. There is no problem of use or harm done on the air purifer from use of these filters, so you can use it with peace of mind.
The serial number can be found on the cradle inlet on the back of the product.
Purchase & Exchange & Refund
If you purchase more than 3 units of the air purifier, you can receive a special discount.
Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped from our LA-based warehouse within 2 business days, and delivery within the United States may take up to 7 days. (delivery to Alaska and other islands may take longer.)
Return/exchange from change of mind is only available within 7 days of receipt. In this case, return or exchange is accepted only if the packaging is not damaged. (If the seal sticker on the box is damaged, return/exchange will not be accepted.)
1. If you purchased on the KOMMA website
The product should arrive at KOMMA warehouse within 10 days of return/exchange request. KOMMA will give you a refund or send a new product after checking the packaging for any damages. If return/exchange is not accepted after checking the product, it will be sent back to the customer. All shipping costs incurred during the return/exchange process are borne by the customer.
